fantastic stay!
relaxed check-infriendly staffspacious room
Check-in was smooth and relaxed. The staff took care of everything for me. the staff are friendly. the room was spacious with wonderful beds. housekeeping visited twice daily.
i noticed slight paint stains on the tiles near the swim-up pool.

the hotel is located right on the beach. there are also several thai restaurants available in the nearby area. there is a currency exchange, supermarket, and some other shops just before entering the hotel premises.

the swimming pools wind throughout the entire resort. the hotel organizes activities for children and adults. the kids' club is very extensive and well-kept. the hotel has a large garden where vegetables and fruits are grown.

I booked a Beautiful King Room Sofa Bed Pool View. The room had a separate shower and bathtub. There were two sinks in the bathroom, very useful. The pool area includes a water slide and a children's pool. Breakfast featured a station for freshly squeezed juices.
The hotel provides shuttle service, but it comes with an extra charge.

sprawling gardensspacious layout
The sprawling gardens were a sight to behold. I often strolled there. the family studio pool access was wonderful, its direct access to the water. i especially liked the spacious layout, awesome for both togetherness and quiet moments.

poor maintenancelacking detail
i wanted to rate this hotel higher. in my opinion it just is not at the same level as other jw properties i know. partly, it seems understaffed for its size, so quality standards are hard to keep up. maintenance is an issue and there is a lack of attention to detail. my pool access room did not even have door handles on the outside, so i could close the door from the outside

underwhelming stay, some issues.
good italian restaurantstrange smellunpleasant snake encounter
the Italian restaurant on site named olive was quite good.
my room was definitely not up to par. there was a strange smell like a damp dog and water actually bubbled up from under the bed after i took a bath. i also encountered a snake falling from a tree while i was relaxing on the beach which was alarming.
